Problem with chat not being available in the English version (Updated 7/3)

Chat in the English version is sometimes not available
⇒We have confirmed that some players are seeing the error message "Minors are unable to send chats." regardless of the age they have set.
The above error sometimes occurs after binding your account.
We are currently investigating the details of this issue and how to address it.
