(Important) Suspension of Accounts Found to Have Engaged in Unauthorized Activities

To maintain a healthy in-game environment, we will take strict measures such as suspending accounts without prior notice if actions that violate the Terms of Service or similar activities are confirmed.

Measures Against Unauthorized Activities
On September 25, 2025, we suspended accounts found to have engaged in unauthorized activities.

Examples of Unauthorized Activities
• Buying, selling, or transferring accounts
• Unauthorized in-game purchases, in-game purchases on behalf of others, RMT, or improper receipt of refunds
• Data tampering, data mining, modification, or similar actions
• Use of external tools or programs
• Exploiting application bugs or glitches for personal gain

Going forward, we will continue to take strict actions such as account suspension without prior notice if unauthorized activities are confirmed.
Please note that for suspended accounts, even if you contact the Support Center, we may not be able to respond to your queries.
