Important: Notice Regarding Account Linking and Changes to the Mobile App Startup Behavior

Thank you for playing Persona5: The Phantom X.

Starting after the maintenance on Dec 25, 2025, we will be changing the behavior that occurs when launching the app for the first time, as well as when launching the app after account linking has been removed for any reason, as follows.

Changes:
Before:
• Press "Press to Start" on the title screen to begin the game.

After:
• New Accounts
┗Select the platform you wish to link with on the title screen and follow the in-game instructions to link your account.
After it is set up, click on the Press to Start button to start the game.

• Accounts that were unlinked
┗Select the platform that was already linked on the title screen and follow the in-game instructions to log in.
After successfully logging into your account, click on the Press to Start button to start the game.

Please select any of the displayed linking options, then either start with a guest account or log in with a linked account.
*If you start the game using "Sign in with Guest," the account you create will be registered as a guest account, so please make sure to link your account separately.

Please Link your Account
Players who are currently using a guest account, as well as those who start the game with "Sign in with Guest," will have their accounts registered as guest accounts. If an account recovery is needed--such as when changing devices--while the account is unlinked, it will not be possible to transfer the account.
*For customers who become unable to log in due to not having linked their account, it is possible to contact us for account recovery. However, if we are unable to verify your identity, we may be unable to assist.

To ensure the safety of your play data, we strongly recommend using "Link Account" or linking with an external account.

How to Link
• Title screen > User > Bind
or
• Title screen > Settings > Account > Bind

Accounts can be bound to multiple platforms
It is possible to log in to a bound account and continue from where you left off even if you switch devices or reinstall the app.
We recommend for players to bind their accounts.
*Please store your account ID and password in a secure environment out of reach from third parties.
