You can draw a new fortune each day starting at 8:00 PM (UTC).

Fortunes come in 5 varieties: Great Luck, Fair Luck, Good Luck, Average Luck, and Slight Luck.
You can win rewards like Meta Jewels and training materials, depending on the fortune you draw.
Drawing a Great Luck will earn you a Platinum Ticket x1 and an Unknown Orange Revelation S x1.
If you don't draw a fortune for the day, it won't carry over to the next day, so take care not to miss any chances.
