Players who are currently using a guest account, as well as those who start the game with "Sign in with Guest," will have their accounts registered as guest accounts. If an account recovery is needed--such as when changing devices--while the account is unlinked, it will not be possible to transfer the account.
*For customers who become unable to log in due to not having linked their account, it is possible to contact us for account recovery. However, if we are unable to verify your identity, we may be unable to assist.

To ensure the safety of your play data, we strongly recommend using "Link Account" or linking with an external account.
