We have some news regarding the latest Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contracts and Arms Deal, which boost the appearance rate of certain Phantom Thieves and weapons.   

Meet the 5★ Phantom Thief: Firecracker Yaoling (Code name: Rin)!
Firecracker Yaoling is a 5★ Fire Sweeper.

She can enhance her normal attack into Yanhua Slash to deal heavy Fire damage to all foes, and deals even more damage to Burning foes.
She can also inflict Burn to deal continuous damage.

When equipped with her 5★ weapon New Year's Light, her Yanhua Slash gains an increased critical rate, and deals even more damage to enemies with certain elemental ailments.

When teamed up with allies who specialize in debuffs or enhancing Fire damage, you can maximize Firecracker Yaoling's Yanhua Slash to wipe out all your foes in a single strike.

She will also be added to the lineup of 5★ Phantom Thief Chance 03, which you can earn by using the "targeted" draw system for Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contracts 165 times.

All Arms Deals will include the 5★ weapon Moonlit Feather.
