We have some news regarding the latest Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contracts and Arms Deal, which boost the appearance rate of certain Phantom Thieves and weapons.   

5★ Phantom Thief: Haru Okumura (Code name: Noir) Makes a Comeback!
Haru Okumura is a 5★ Psychokinesis Sweeper who specializes in ranged attacks.

When she uses a skill, she can deal damage to enemies while powering up her ranged damage with various buff effects at the same time.
Her ranged attacks grow stronger the more buffs she's effected by, helping her deal serious Psychokinetic damage to all enemies.
And when equipped with her 5★ weapon, her attack damage increases every time she gets a buff to her ranged damage.
By cycling between skills and ranged attacks, Haru can consistently rain some major pain on your foes.
She can also increase the amount of critical damage taken by enemies, and sweep the board clean in an elegant finale.
