Apology for issues causing freezes and blocking task completion

Thank you for playing Persona5: The Phantom X.

We would like to apologize for bugs causing the following issues to occur after the Ver. 4.0 update.

• When logging in, the screen may turn black and become unresponsive.
　We have confirmed that this issue no longer occurs and that the bug has been fixed as of May 13, 6:20 AM (UTC).
• In the Tasks menu, you may be unable to view some Tasks' details or complete Tasks.
　This bug will be fixed in late May.

We will send compensation to players affected by these issues at a later date.
For players who were affected by any of these bugs, please review the Contact Details section below, and send an inquiry by selecting "Submit a request" at the bottom of the FAQ screen under Settings > Support after logging in.

Please note that players who have already contacted Support to report this issue will be contacted separately. You do not need to send a new inquiry.

As we will require time to investigate reports from players and prepare our response, please understand that we will only be able to distribute compensation after we have closed inquiries for this issue.
Compensation will be sent to affected players via their in-game Mail.
*Players may be ineligible for compensation if our investigation reveals that they were not affected by this issue.
