Meet the 5★ Phantom Thief: Kumi Katayama (Code name: Blitz)!
Kumi Katayama is a 5★ Electric Saboteur.

Katayama is great at knocking down foes, and when she deals damage, she can take down an enemy's Down Points regardless of their elemental affinity.
She can also boost her teammates' Attack against downed foes.
Also, her attacks can reduce a target's Defense and increase their damage taken.

When she gears up with her 5★ weapon, she gets a boost to her Speed and critical rate.
It also increases the critical damage taken by downed enemies.
Knock down the enemy lines in a flash, then strike while they're weak to teach them a lesson they'll never forget!
